I was first referred to Clint by a college at work. My husband and I were looking at buying land and building our first home and needed financial advice. We had contacted and met with a mortgage broker on a previous occasion, but were both uncertain about his advice and lack of clarification of what we thought were important issues.
I was so pleased when the collegue at my work referred us to Clint, as soon as I rang Clint and spoke to him I was very impressed with his friendly personality and willingness to help. My husband and I met with Clint to discuss various mortgage options. He met with us first to discuss our needs and possibilities of obtaining a loan. Upon our second meeting he then created a personal glimpse of our financial situation and helpful information on the loan types, very professionally presented in a bound booklet. Clint met with us this time to apply for the loan step by step online. He helped us to understand all the documents we needed for applying for the loan.
Throughout the entire process Clint would always answer our questions honestly and thoughtfully. He was available to take calls and give advice whenever it was asked of him. The most important thing my husband and I have learnt from Clint was about how to budget. Clint didn't just provide mortgage broker services, but very helpful information on how we would go forward financially and strive to get our finances organised, so that we could have the least amount of stress from the mortgage as possible.
My husband and I would happily recommend Clint to anyone who is going to apply for a loan, especially first home buyers who need easy to understand advice. Clint's hard work and dedication is very much appreciated.
