Financial Education – The Emotional Investor And Cycles In Property And Shares

I remember a number of years ago reading a book about share market trading tactics. A point that stuck in my mind is about the psychology of people buying and selling assets be it property or shares. Basically the idea is that people act out of fear and greed in making investment decisions on buying property and shares and that you have to work against those emotions to make a good decision.
