Here’s how I helped one of my referred clients this month.
Louise wanted to buy a property to continue her plan of setting herself up for the future.
To avoid one of the fees involved in purchasing her property, she had to buy a place worth up to $600,000.
She found a place that she loved and could afford which was over $800,000. This meant Louise would incur a $9,300 Mortgage Insurance fee if we proceeded with most lenders. Because of my experience as a mortgage consultant, I was aware of a different lender who had a similar loan that was prepared to waive the $9,300 fee.
After explaining the options, Louise chose this lender, and is laughing with an extra $9,300 in her pocket.
Who’s the first person that comes to mind who’s going to be borrowing money in the next 6 months? Could you tell me a little about their situation, to see if I can help keep more money in their pocket too?
